Hello, My name is Frank Lemmen

I currently work at CTAC in a new team for the CEC (Customer Engagement Center) solutions portfolio. One of the “new” additions is Hybris E-commerce. For this i’m working closely with various internal departments to make this a success.

I am a pragmatic Sr. E-commerce business/process analyst / architect in E-Commerce & E-business solutions.

Able to lead in-depth requirements gathering process with both internal and external clients. Understands both business and technical solution design and can translate high level requirements into detailed solutions and/or scrum user stories. Able to work as in high volume and complex E-commerce systems with multiple legacy systems and third party external solutions. Experience in large and medium scale B2B, B2C, wholesaler, large retail and telecom e-commerce solutions and environments
