Hello, my name is Frank Lemmen
I currently work at CTAC in a new team for the SAP CEC (Customer Engagement Center) solutions portfolio. One of the “new” additions in the portfolio is Hybris SAP E-commerce and InRiver PIM. For these solutions i’m working closely with various internal departments to make this a success.
I am a pragmatic Sr. E-commerce business/process analyst / architect in E-Commerce & E-business solutions.
Able to participate in in-depth requirements gathering processes with both internal and external clients. Understands both business and technical solution design and can translate high level requirements into detailed solutions and/or scrum user stories. Able to work as in high volume and complex E-commerce systems with multiple legacy systems and third party external solutions. Experience in large and medium scale B2B, B2C, D2C, wholesaler, large retail and telecom e-commerce solutions and environments
Specialties in the E-commerce area: requirement Analysis, business analysis, Solution Design, Information architecture, product data modelling, high level application design, customer experience, usability, E-commerce re-platforming, user training, Agile processes/transformation to Scrum development with globally distributed teams.
